Acupuncture

Developed in China over 5,000 years ago, acupuncture is the art and practice of using specific points along the body's meridians to stimulate, disperse, and regulate the flow of "chi." The acupuncture points are pathways between the energetic body and the physical body, and all changes first happen in our energy fields. Stimulating acupuncture points can relieve pain, redirect energy flow and remove interference that is causing disease in the body. Acupuncture stimulation may be achieved by gentle electric current, pressure, needles or magnets.

Chiropractic

Developed in 1895 by Daniel David Palmer in Davenport, Iowa, chiropractic treatment removes interference in the spine so there is free energy flow between higher energetic levels and the body. Doctors of Chiropractic practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis and treatment. Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills and are also trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.

Reiki

An ancient Japanese form of healing using light touch and hand positions, Reiki is used as a method of healing illness and reducing stress through light touch or, more commonly, by placing the hands near or above the body in specific positions or patterns. Through these positions, a reiki practitioner can correct energetic imbalances in the body, improving health and restoring a person's energy levels.
